Terms & Conditions – Tamang Homestay, Bijanbari

Welcome to Tamang Homestay. By confirming a booking and staying with us, guests agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after advance payment or confirmation as communicated by Tamang Homestay.
  • Guests are requested to share valid ID proof at the time of check-in.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 01.00 PM
  • Check-out: 11.00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation policies will be shared at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the agreed cancellation terms.
  • No refund will be applicable for no-shows or early departures.

4. Occupancy Policy

  • Guests must strictly adhere to the maximum occupancy limits mentioned for each room, Cottage Suite, or camping option.
  • Extra guests without prior approval are not permitted

5. Cottage Suite & Camping Terms

  • The Cottage Suite and camping experiences are designed for guests seeking privacy and nature-based stays.
  • Camping is subject to weather conditions and safety considerations.
  • Guests participating in camping do so at their own discretion and are advised to follow host instructions at all times.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Tamang Homestay maintains a calm, family-friendly, and peaceful environment.
  • Loud music, parties, illegal activities, or behavior disturbing other guests or locals are strictly prohibited.
  • Respect for local culture, traditions, and nature is expected from all guests.

7. Property & Safety

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Tamang Homestay is not liable for loss or damage of valuables.
  • Any damage to property, furniture, or amenities caused by guests will be chargeable.
  • Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times, especially near the swimming pool and camping areas.

8. Facilities & Services

  • Amenities and facilities are provided as listed and may vary due to operational or weather conditions.
  • Laundry services are chargeable and available on request.
  • Bonfire, pick-up & drop, and other activities are subject to availability and prior request.

9. Food Policy

  • Home-cooked meals are prepared with care and hygiene.
  • Outside cooking or use of personal cooking appliances inside rooms is not permitted without permission.

10. Pets Policy

  • Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the hosts.
  • Guests are responsible for their pets at all times.

11. Smoking & Alcohol

  • Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or enclosed areas.
  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas and must be done responsibly.

12. Force Majeure

  • Tamang Homestay shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural calamities, road blockages, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

13. Right to Admission

  • The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or discontinue services if a guest violates house rules or terms & conditions.

14. Acceptance of Terms

  • By staying at Tamang Homestay, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
